Remember those scenes? yeah, those are redraws of the screenshots, even the Hitomi one. It has a purpose: yes, in a way or another, history always tends to repeat... 

Hope it's not too political, I just wanted it to give a proper and realistic background to the situation of Fanelia and Zaibach after the war, and social movements like the ones explained are a factible explanation.
